Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. As a small business dedicated to offering American-made products at fair prices, we do not offer cash refunds.

Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified after being placed, as stock is reserved specifically for your order. However, if needed, you can return the item for store credit once received. Please note that delivery estimates for pre-orders are approximate and may be subject to change.

 Price Adjustment Policy

we strive to provide a fair shopping experience for our valued customers. To that end, we offer the following policy regarding price adjustments:

  • If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your original purchase date, we will honor a store credit for the difference in price.

  • Please note, however, that if the item is sold out at the time of your price adjustment request, we cannot honor the discount. This is because the item would no longer be available for purchase, and paying the full price initially ensured that you secured the item.

 

Return Process

To return an item, you must postmark the package within the 14-day return window. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

To request a return, please email our customer service team at info@janemotorcycles.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions. Unapproved returns may be denied and marked as final sale. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If an order is refused or sent back, store credit will be issued, minus a restocking fee. No cash refunds will be provided.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the store credit or exchange. Items that are worn, damaged, or in unsuitable condition may be rejected or subject to additional restocking fees.

Exchanges are usually processed within 3-4 days of receiving the returned item. Once an item from an order is returned or exchanged, the entire order is considered final, and no further returns will be accepted.


International Orders

Returns and exchanges are only available for domestic orders; all international orders are final sale. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout, and Jane Motorcycles is not responsible for additional duties or taxes issued by your country.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at info@janemotorcycles.com. We’ll file a lost package claim and, if approved, send a replacement order. No cash refunds are issued for lost packages.

Once a package is shipped and marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible. Customers should also file a claim with the carrier.

Domestic customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. International customers must cover shipping costs both ways.

If the item’s value is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
